About Us
HISTORY
The Charms Community kindled on 6th January,2021 at 2 p.m. (GMT+05:30) on Wattpad by AlphaJK. It was established to unearth the hidden talents and be used to their full potential. A fun place filled with activities, games, memes, parties; that is what Charms Community stands for, a place for work, fun and chilling. Amidst the chaos of the world’s most chaotic pandemic, Charms has moved forward at its own spirited pace regardless of any obstacle with the cooperation of its members & administration. As Charms has crossed its second anniversary, it has entered a new era of blistering blaze & introduced new policies for its enhancement.
AFFILIATIONS & PARTNERS
After some recent incidents & reality checks, we've decided to stop making affiliations as a whole. A lot of people seems to not find our goals aligning, and indeed, we have started feeling the same. Hence, The Charms Community will no longer be accepting or making any affiliations anymore. We will be, therefore, deleting our affiliation book as well.
VISION
The Charms Community started off as a Wattpad community, focusing mainly on organizing events and workshops under a single house. Overtime, it expanded its base to two more popular social platforms, Discord and Instagram. Due to its diverse and amiable nature, TCC stands as one of the major communities thriving since 2021.
HOW IT WORKS?
The Charms Community hires its members once they submitted applications are shortlisted. They are then redirected to a discord server for their interview. Candidates who pass the interview are welcomed into the main discord server where they can showcase their rules. Previously, the members used to the work for free but now TCC has introduced a new system of rewarding their tasks with points.
Points are digital coins or currency of The Charms Community. Earning our points let's you access our wide range of advantages & features that we provide in our Points Policy.
Points Policy is the list of ways we provide our members to access Charms Currency (points), these points shall only be earned through us and not others. If you wish to utilise any of the features we provide in exchange of points, dm our managers for the same.
NOTE: Points Policy are accessible only for people who are present in our discord servers & reach to us through Wattpad.

HOW TO APPLY?
To apply for a post in TCC follow these steps.
âž Head over to Positions tab. Check the availability of positions listed.
âž Scroll down and you'll find a separate tab for Forms.
âž Click on Forms. It will open a new fresh form. Fill it correctly to the best of your knowledge.
âž Click "Submit". Your application is submitted.
After submitting your application, please wait for 2-3 days. Our managers will contact you once your application is shortlisted and you will be directed to a discord server for your interview.
